This file contains the Clinical Record program for Dentrix G4. The Dentrix Clinical Record compiles data from eight issues, or aspects, of dental care that are important either from the clinician's or patient's point of view and that contribute to the fulfillment of dental wellness.
The Clinical Record is accessed in the Patient Chart. Component Update 3 provides fixes for errors reported in the latest Dentrix G3 release. In Component Update 3,the Month End process has been updated.
Specifically, HIPAA requires all prcocedures for electronic claim submissions to use the code set that is current for the date of service. If you bill California Medicaid, and do not send your insurance claims electronically through eTrans you need to download this patch so you can print your CAMED claims with the new requirements.

Component Update 5 provides enhancements and fixes for errors reported in the latest G2 release, including fixes in the Treatment Planner, Treatment Case Report, clinical notes, insurance estimates, letter merge, Chart, and Lab Case Manager. CU5 works with both G2 and G2 Vista.

This file contains the Clinical Record program for Dentrix G2. This only needs to be installed if you are running Dentrix 11 with Internet Explorer 7 or newer.
If you do not print prescriptions for New York you will not need to load this update on your system. The component update must be installed on each workstation. This only needs to be installed if you are running Dentrix 11 with the Performance Update installed and DXMobile installed.
If you are not a DXMobile user and have not installed the Performance Update this will not install on your computer. If you have any questions please call support. Option 2: Burn the Component Update file to a CD using a CD burner or copy the file to an external storage device, such as a jump drive. Double click the file on the Desktop and follow the instructions that appear to install the Component Update.

The Save As dialog box appears. Expand the Save in drop-down list by clicking the arrow. Select Desktop from the list.
When the file has been saved, the Download Complete dialog box appears. If you want to run the update now, click the Run button. If a security warning appears, click Run to continue with the installation. Click Yes to install the Component Update 2. Click Finish when the install is complete. If you want to run the update later, click the Close button and run the update at a later time by double clicking the TV60CU2 icon on your Desktop. Click the Run button.
